Terms of service

Version: 2026-09-06

Agreement

These terms govern your use of this platform. By creating an account you accept them and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not create an account and do not use the platform.

Who may register

You may create an account if you can enter into a binding agreement under Egyptian law. If you are under 15, your parent or guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf. You must give accurate details when registering and keep them up to date. One person may hold one account.

Your account

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has it. Each account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at a time and may play a limited number of videos at once; signing in on a new device may end an older session. Sharing an account is a breach of these terms.

Prices, wallet and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include any applicable tax. You may pay for a course from your wallet balance, which you top up in advance, or with a scratch card. A purchase completes when the amount is deducted and the enrolment is created; every movement is visible in your wallet history. A teacher may change the price of a course at any time, and a change does not affect a purchase already made.

Access to what you buy

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view its content for the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Some lessons limit how many times a video may be watched. When the validity period ends, access ends; it is not extended by a later purchase of a different course. Teachers may add to or revise a course while you are enrolled.

What you may not do

You may not record, download, copy, republish or resell any lesson, video, quiz, booklet or exam paper from this platform. You may not share your account or your access with anyone else. You may not attempt to bypass the device limits, the video protection or the watermark, and you may not use automated tools to collect content from the site. You may not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in the forum or in support messages.

Ownership of content

Every course, lesson, video, quiz and document on this platform belongs to the teacher who published it or to the platform. Nothing you buy transfers ownership. Anything you submit — assignments, forum posts, notes — remains yours, and you give us the permission we need to store it and show it to your teacher and, for forum posts, to other students.

Cancellation and refunds

Because access to course content begins immediately on purchase, a purchase is final once the content has been opened. If a purchase was made in error, or a course is unavailable for reasons within our control, contact support and we will review the case. Any refund granted is credited to your wallet balance.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular one that is shared, or that is used to copy or redistribute course content. Where a breach is not serious we will warn you first. You may close your own account at any time from your account settings; closing it ends your access to any course you have bought, and unused wallet balance is not refundable.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the teaching content itself, which is the responsibility of the teacher who published it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish the new version with a new version stamp and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the new version. The version currently in force is shown at the top of this page.

Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. For any question about these terms, contact us through the support page.
